Junior has been actively involved in the real estate space for over fifteen years, and in that time, he’s seen the needs of the industry shift and change. His goal is to make it easier for buyers, sellers, rental hosts and real estate professionals to manage showings and property access.

  • What inspired Junior to come up with TOOR?
    With a multi-faceted career in real estate stemming over fifteen years, Junior has had extensive experience as an agent, broker, investor, and developer. These culminating experiences shaped him to become a top producing broker and a nationally recognized real estate expert. With a desire to offer his clients better service, the TOOR concept was born.

    Junior quickly formed a talented team of designers, engineers, developers, and attorneys – all dedicated to making TOOR one of the most anticipated products of the year. What started as a 30 day crowdfunding campaign that raised over $100k quickly blossomed into recognition from top brokerage firms around the country and an appearance on Shark Tank. With early success and a strong leadership team in place, TOOR is positioned to sell millions of lockboxes and to change the way people tour and access properties forever.

  • What are the biggest challenges in creating a technology tool in the real estate space?
    The first is creating a “smart” product that is durable, strong and made with an obsessively high standard on quality and reliability. Another challenge is gaining the trust of realtors, buyers, sellers, and rental hosts everywhere, and teaching the masses that there is a better way to schedule showings and access properties.

  • I know you were recently featured on Shark Tank and landed a deal with Barbara Corcoran and Kevin O’ Leary. Congratulations! With your new strategic partners on board, what’s next for TOOR?
    First, we’ll be focusing on maximizing efficiency when it comes to manufacturing. Next, we’ll increase staff and third, we’ll be focusing on marketing, marketing, marketing! Our goal is to let everyone on the planet know TOOR is out there and it is the BEST!
