It has a lot of first hand, raw and real information about Jane’s personal experiences with flipping houses. CRE Online is one of the first websites ever created that is dedicated to providing a community for real estate investors. Established in 1995, the site provides tons of how-to articles, real life success stories, a community where you connect with other flippers, financing advice and much more.
House Flipping HQ (houseflippinghq.com)
Created by Justin Williams, a real estate investor who has over 500 flips under his belt, the goal of the site is to provide educational resources that provide actionable information. The site provides a free four part video course designed to teach newbies the ins and outs of flipping houses. You can also access to Justin’s podcast, where he interviews real estate investors and talks about industry trends.
Bigger Pockets (biggerpockets.com)
Bigger Pockets is a real estate investor networking website with nearly half a million members and more than a million monthly unique visitors. There are literally thousands of resources available on this site; everything from podcasts to free downloads on a variety of topics. Bigger Pockets is also a great place to get answers to any questions you have. Users are very active and they like to help each other out. You can make a free account or can upgrade to pro to take advantage of the sites more personalized and advanced features.

Created and managed by professional real estate investor and flipper, J. Scott, this site serves as a free resources for anyone looking to learn more about the house flipping business. It was originally created as an accountability blog where Scott and his wife could track their progress as new real estate investors. Today, it’s grown to become a great resource with tons of content for flippers at all levels. You can browse blog posts about finding contractors, creating a balance sheet, promoting your flip house listing and more. You can also check out details on J. Scott and his wife’s first 50 flips.

Daniel Waife, who appeared on HGTV’s Flipping the Heartland, is a part-time flipper who has mastered the art of no money down purchases. Created by Mike from Massachusetts, a full time flipper, this site provides lots of free content on how to become successful in the real estate investing business.
