Do I have to offer a commission to a buyer's agent? Property value report

With most real estate transactions there are two agents, one representing the seller and one representing the buyer. Traditionally, the seller pays both, meaning you're paying 3% to the selling agent and 3% to the buyer's agent for bringing the buyer to your home.

We strongly recommend you offer the buyer's agent a commission as it will help sell your home.
