I can't claim my home (Home Bay can't find my address)

When you claim your property, Home Bay validates your address against US Postal Service records. Empty lots, newly constructed homes, or homes that do not receive mail at the address often cannot be found in the Postal Service's database. When this happens, you receive a "Could Not Find Address" error message on your screen.

First, double-check that there are no typos in the address you entered. If you don't see a typo, email support@homebay.com with the full address of the property you are claiming.

Please include the full 9-digit zip code (zip+4) and APN number if you know them.

We will then claim the property on your behalf and email you the link, where you can begin listing that address for sale.
